Christmas Break

Over Christmas break, my family and I are planning to have a party with my cousins before Christmas day. It will be cool because every year we have a tradition where each family brings a special type of food. After eating, everyone plays games, and which ever group wins, they get $50. Finally, around midnight, we all exchange gifts and celebrate for a Merry Christmas!

English Essay

I just got an assignment in my English class, I have to do an essay about Fahrenheit 451. It's going to be hard for me because I didn't understand what the book is about, but I will try because I got a B on the last test and essay. Gee, wish me luck, I am actually kind of excited, but depressed at the same time because when I finished my Biology project, it seemed pretty good to me. I hope I get an A on this next one, wish me luck. Love.

Yesterday was a pretty fun day because my family and I spent some time together. First when I woke up at 12:00 in the afternoon, my younger sister made me pancakes for me when I was still in my bed! Later, I got cleaned up, and ate some more downstairs. After eating my sisters and I played with my puppies while my parents cleaned their house. While playing I started to take pictures of my sister, for my major project in my Spanish class. When I finished taking all the pictures, I began my poster which took all day long. After having finished pasting my pictures on the poster board, my older sister gave me some extra tips to make my poster look better. Finally, towards the end of the day, my family had dinner, and we all drank coffee. Unfortunately for everyone, no one could get enough sleep that night because the coffee was not decaf.

History

Today I am finishing a very challenging test in my World History class. Although the test is open book, it is extremely hard because it covers a whole unit. I am an A student, but for some reason, in this class I almost have a B. This challenging subject is only hard for me, because when he grades, he is a little strict. I hope that by the end of the semester I will receive an A in his class, because I don't want a B in my history class to ruin my career.

projects ahh!

I am working on two projects in my classes at faith lutheran. The first one that's due sometime next week is my Biology project. I've done the rough draft, but I think I need to work on it more because it sounds choppy and quick. I also have this case study worksheet for genes, but I haven't done that yet. I'm pretty sure I can finish my Major Project in this class by the end of the week, but I'm still uncertain that I can get an A on it. The second project is my Spanish project about my daily routine. I already figured out the theme for my project, but I need to take twenty pictures labeled with Spanish sentences, write an essay and present it to the class. I really like my theme for this project, but it will be very time consuming because I have to cut an paste pictures on my poster board. Later today, I will have my teacher check my work for errors in my Spanish sentences because my sister is tutoring math children until 3:45 today. I hope I get good grades on these project because I have worked really hard on them.
